Aaron is an experienced Tech Lead with extensive experience in both large companies and startups. Having led numerous engineering teams, he deeply understands how challenging it is for new developers to onboard and contribute to unfamiliar codebases. Motivated by this firsthand experience, he developed FirstCommit to help engineers quickly navigate and understand new projects.
